Refreshing Clay Table for New BDR Job Postings and Contacts

Hey team, I created a Clay table last week that pulls companies hiring for BDRs in the last 7 days, found relevant contacts, and added them to Smartlead. Now, I’d like to update the table with new job postings and additional contacts this week, while avoiding duplicates from last week. What's the best way to refresh the data and find new relevant contacts without re-adding people I've already reached out to?

Never mind on how to run it manually. But I am curious, how do I run this automatically weekly, so I do not have to go push the button 'Find More Companies"?

Arturo O. thanks for getting back to me. Is there a way I can do this programmatically? E.g., do you have a clay API that can do this? I could write my own HTTPs Request and set it on a timer using n8n.

Great question! Unfortunately, we don't have traditional APIs just yet, for the same reason most actions are already API calls sent to our providers which would require additional security and complexity to call them on Clay's behalf outside of the main UI. This may also be developed in the future but we're always looking to make it easier natively. For now, it can only be done via the manual approach. Otherwise, you could use tools to scrape, such as Apify.com, on those sites directly which do offer timed features and have them auto-import into Clay to finish the enrichment process.
