Just saw that all the values in the prompt are set to "required to run" meaning they must all not be empty for this column to run. You can toggle that off for each item though, so it turns into "optional"

Also, for the names, unfortunately it's a bit tougher but some email providers could find the right person if they have a match. Will test it out for you
