Issues with Graph View: Unwanted Enrichments and Editing Confusion

Hey everyone, I have two issues I need help with: 1. When I go to the Graph view, it's showing me enrichments that I'm not using and I can't find them anywhere on the table. Why is this happening and how do I get rid of them? 2. I can't seem to edit the graph view, it's very confusing at the moment, and I've seen people design their graphs very nicely.
