Rate Limits for OpenAI's Web Scraping Function in Claygent

What are the rate limits that I need to request from OpenAI in order to use the web scraping function of Claygent? Currently on Tier 1 but getting errors.

To use Claygent's web scraping function, you need an OpenAI API key with a usage tier that supports 450,000 tokens per minute (TPM). This is a higher requirement than for other Clay features. You can check your current usage limits at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits. If you're on a free plan or tier 1, you'll need to upgrade to at least tier 2 to meet these requirements.
