Issues with Apollo.io Enrichment Integration: Need Support Link

Hi, I tried adding enrichment from apollo.io to add people data through enrichment and I am getting errors. I tried to chat with support and have submitted a request I have not heard back. Is there a link that I can go to understand how this has to be done. I tried to go to the URL https://www.clay.com/integrations/action/apollo-find-people-source and I was not able to find the solutions I was looking for
