Issues with Apollo.io Enrichment Integration: Need Support Link

Hi, I tried adding enrichment from apollo.io to add people data through enrichment and I am getting errors. I tried to chat with support and have submitted a request I have not heard back. Is there a link that I can go to understand how this has to be done. I tried to go to the URL https://www.clay.com/integrations/action/apollo-find-people-source and I was not able to find the solutions I was looking for

Here's the reply: This issue is happening because the run condition wasn't met. You can click on the row to see the specific reason. I also noticed some typos, like "/Las Vegas". When I tried it again, we're getting an "API inaccessible" error, which is likely due to how Apollo was set up. Follow Step 6 from this Apollo article, ensuring you give access to everything and remove any extra API information in Clay, then try again. Remember, give permission to ALL, not only one or two.
