Concerns About Missing Decision Makers in HR Data Search

Hey 👋🏾 We have this table which we use to find decision makers in our market (primarily HR people), and we just ran it with some companies, and looking at some of the results manually, there was a company where Clay couldn't find the decision maker, however looking at the company linkedin, I could find the Head of People... looking at our column that searches people based on job title keywords, "head of people" is included there, which is why I'm a bit concerned we might be missing on some opportunities For context, the column that searches for the decision maker is named "Find HRs - ES_Tier1", and the company in question is already filtered there Let me know if you need more info 🙏🏾
