Concerns About Missing Decision Makers in HR Data Search

Hey 👋🏾 We have this table which we use to find decision makers in our market (primarily HR people), and we just ran it with some companies, and looking at some of the results manually, there was a company where Clay couldn't find the decision maker, however looking at the company linkedin, I could find the Head of People... looking at our column that searches people based on job title keywords, "head of people" is included there, which is why I'm a bit concerned we might be missing on some opportunities For context, the column that searches for the decision maker is named "Find HRs - ES_Tier1", and the company in question is already filtered there Let me know if you need more info 🙏🏾

Hey! I totally get why you're concerned about missing some potential leads. You're right that if "head of people" is in your search terms, we should be finding them! Here's a super effective way to catch those missed profiles: 1. First, run a lookup to your people table to spot the missing values 2. Click "add enrichment" (top right) 3. Pick Claygent > Select GPT 4o 4. Create a metapromptlike: "Find me the {roles} at {company} that are currently working there - I need their linkedin.com/in URL, full name and job title. Get as many as possible. Leave empty if none found", generate prompt, tweak it if you see missing parts 5. Choose JSON output and generate from prompt 6. Add a run condition so it only runs when the lookup came up empty 7. Use "write to other table" to send the new finds to your people table (send: full name, job title, linkedin.com/in URL, and company domain) 8. Then you can grab their emails! This usually happens because of privacy settings or low connection counts, but this method should help catch those harder-to-find profiles! Let me know if you want me to clarify any of these steps 🙂
