How to Use Write to Other Table Feature for Revenue Tier References

Hey everyone - I'm trying to use the "write to other table feature". I have a column in a companies table called "revenue Tier" (as seen in screenshot) and I want to write it to a people table, but using the same company as a reference. For example In table 1, Apple is revenue tier 1; In Table 2 we have Tim Cook that works at apple. I want to be an extra column that says that every person that works for apple would be considered Tier I.

Any fixes?
