Hi Community! Any idea why this might be happening? I tested the connection on the settings and it was successful.

This discrepancy between a successful connection test and the API key verification error typically indicates an incorrect API key. Get your correct API key from OpenAI API Keys and update it in Clay.
To update your OpenAI API key:
1.
Navigate to Settings > Connections
2.
Select OpenAI to view associated accounts
3.
Click the … menu next to your account and select Edit
4.
Update your credentials and click Save [1]
If the issue persists after updating the key, ensure your OpenAI account meets the required usage tier for your intended use case.
