Aligning on Phase 1 Goals for Temporary Housing Outreach Strategy

Based on the Sculptor analysis, I now understand that the majority of my current list (adjusters/examiners) is not correct for Phase 1. That insight was very helpful. To clarify my objective: Phase 1 ONLY: Insurance / Displacement / ALE temporary housing My goal is to identify and outreach to the people who actually route, request, approve, or manage temporary housing placements, not claims handling.
