Aligning on Phase 1 Goals for Temporary Housing Outreach Strategy
thank you for the guidance so far. I want to make sure we’re fully aligned before I proceed further. Based on the Sculptor analysis, I now understand that the majority of my current list (adjusters/examiners) is not correct for Phase 1. That insight was very helpful. To clarify my objective: Phase 1 ONLY: Insurance / Displacement / ALE temporary housing My goal is to identify and outreach to the people who actually route, request, approve, or manage temporary housing placements, not claims handling. From what I understand, the correct roles I should be targeting are primarily:
Housing Coordinator / Temporary Housing Coordinator
Relocation Coordinator / Relocation Specialist
ALE Specialist / ALE Coordinator
Vendor Manager / Supplier / Partner Manager
Claims Manager (operations/vendor-facing only, not adjusters)
And I should be fully excluding:
Claims Adjusters (including senior)
Insurance Adjusters
Field / Independent Adjusters
Claims Examiners
What I need help with now is hands-on validation of my actual Clay setup, specifically:
- 1.
Confirming the exact Find People title filters I should be using to surface more of the right decision-makers (since Sculptor shows only ~7 correct contacts today)
- 2.
Confirming whether my Find Companies criteria should change to increase density of housing-routing roles
- 3.
Verifying my conditional enrichment logic is implemented correctly before I add credits or scale
- 4.
Confirming the best next step before exporting clean lists into Instantly.io
I’m not stuck conceptually — I understand who we’re targeting and why. I’m struggling with translating that into the correct clicks, filters, and configuration inside Clay, and I want to lock in a clean Phase 1 workflow that can later be duplicated for future phases (corporate housing, senior housing, medical housing). If possible, I would really appreciate:
A table-specific walkthrough or validation by a human agent, or
Clear confirmation on what should be changed vs what is already correct in my current setup
I’m happy to share:
The table URL
Screenshots
Or anything else needed to move this forward cleanly
Thank you — I really appreciate the support and want to make sure we’re building this the right way before scaling.
