Request for Credits After Completing Clay Cohort 13

Hi, I finished Clay cohort 13 and provided my workspace ID but I haven't seen the credits, can you help me out? Thank you

    I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your credits. There are a few reasons why you might not have received them yet: 1. The referral link may not have been used correctly during sign-up. 2. Your account might not be subscribed to a paid plan, which is required to redeem the credits. 3. There could be a delay in processing the credits. To resolve this, please verify that you've subscribed to a paid plan. If you have, and it's been more than a day or two, we'll need to investigate further. In this case, you'll need to fill out a form with the following information: ** Your email associated with Clay ** Your workspace ID ** The referrer's name ** The referral code used * A screenshot confirming your intention to be referred If you need further assistance, please request to speak with a human agent in this chat.
