Request for Refund of Unused Zenrows Credits

Hello, I used the Zenrows Scraper under my Zenrows account but selected the 'Zenrows API' option too late, so my credits were used up. I’d like to ask if there’s any possibility of a one-time refund for these credits pls. Hey, Sorry about that—can you share how many credits were used and what triggered them? Also, have you set the Zenrows API as the default in your Clay settings? That’ll help avoid this in the future. Once I have those details, I can look into getting those credits refunded for you.

Hey, thanks for getting back to me! It ended up using around 1,200 Clay credits before I noticed what was happening. The credits were triggered during a run where I hadn’t yet set the Zenrows API as the default in my Clay settings - unfortunately, I only updated that afterwards. I’d really appreciate it if the credits could be refunded, pls.
