Hi guys, anybody know how to stop a running Clay enrichment? mine has been running for hours with no result.
Unfortunately we can't force-stop running enrichment actions; stopping runs can be done self-serve only.
Click the "Stop" button at the bottom-right of your Clay table to halt any active runs.
Is that what you were looking for?
I have trouble locating the Stop button, can you give me a screenshot/video?
The Stop button is located at the bottom-right of your Clay table screen. Some sources also mention it can appear at the bottom-left as "Stop Updates".
When you click it, a pop-up menu will appear where you can select "Confirm and stop" to halt the enrichment.
I don't have a screenshot or video to share, but the button should be clearly visible at the bottom of your table interface when enrichments are running.
Did that answer your question?

Its been going like this since yesterday, I need to stop and restart the enrichment Why do I have no option?
I can see the Stop button in your screenshot at the bottom right. If it's not working or the enrichment seems stuck, try this:
Click on the "Official Domain" column header, then select Force Rerun Column from the dropdown. This should reset the stuck enrichment and get it moving again.
You can also try clicking the column header and hovering over the "Run" field, then select "Force" to jump start the column.
This happens sometimes when enrichments get stuck in a queued state, and forcing a rerun usually fixes it without extra charges.

It was 8K rows, Is there an alternative?
For 8K rows, you have a few options:
Filter first: Use conditional runs to only enrich rows that meet specific criteria - this saves credits by skipping irrelevant rows. [1]
Test small batches: Always run 10 rows first to check results before scaling up the full 8K. [2]
Force restart: Since your enrichment seems stuck, click the column header → hover over "Run" → select "Force" to jumpstart it. No extra charges for rerunning stuck rows.
This approach lets you control costs and avoid getting stuck with large batches again.
