Understanding Tenure Data Discrepancies in Sales Navigator Imports

Hi, what is the reason we can always get the tenure at position, but not the tenure at company? I imported leads from sales nav, but it doesn't populate this column when it is clearly mentioned on LinkedIn. Curious to hear if this is a bug or something else I didn't know. I am building a lead scoring table and one of the variables is the amount of time a person has been working at their company, not in their position. For example: someone could be CEO for 2 years, but we want to know if he has been at the company for 20+ years maybe. I can of course enrich their profile using 1 credit, but I rather save it in case the import from Sales Nav already gives the tenure
