LinkedIn Employee Growth Data Discrepancy: Possible Issues with Clay's Find Company Headcount Growth Function

I'm trying to run a play on growing biotech companies using the Find Company Headcount Growth function on Clay. I've noticed that the % employee growth data that Clay is scraping and outputting from LinkedIn doesn't match what's shown on each of the companies' LinkedIn page. Is there any reason why it does this or am I just not doing the function correctly?
