Troubleshooting Clay's Error: Invalid Property Values for HubSpot Industry Update

Hi there, I still need assistance here. Trying to get Clay to automatically update HubSpot with the correct industry but it keeps erroring out saying "property values are not valid" even though both the name and internal value are matches to HubSpot.

Row 3 of the table is a prime example of this. Chat GPT returned Machinery so the contact should be updated with that industry but it throws an error. Below is what the property value is in my HubSpot account.

Also, there is an issue with the integration as the contacts don't update. They are stuck in a "pulling" loop.

It looks like all hubspot values you have are all caps

in this case, you tried pushing lower case “Machinery” which found no match

I created a formula column to make the answers upper case to fix this
