Challenges with Slow Response Times and Process Delays

Just to chime in here, Clay is also extremely unresponsive for us. Cant really do anything at the moment. Interface, enrichments and simple columns taking forever to run

Try a hard refresh first: Mac: Cmd + Shift + R, Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R. For stuck enrichments, click the column header, hover over "Run column," and select "Force" to jump-start the run. You can also double-click rows showing "waiting for inputs" and click "re-run this cell." Performance issues often occur with larger tables or multiple simultaneous actions. For AI enrichments, ensure queries are specific and break large requests into smaller batches.
