How to Undo Mistakes in Clay and Recover Deleted Data
How to undo steps in clay, by mistake I added one column and tried something due to which my earlier data got deleted and subsequent enrichment too
Unfortunately, there are different recovery options depending on what was deleted: For deleted tables: ** You can find them in the "Trash" tab on the main workspace and restore them from there.For deleted rows: ** You can use the "Undo" option that appears in the bottom-right corner alert immediately after deletion. However, rows cannot be recovered after this alert disappears.For deleted columns: * Unfortunately, deleted columns cannot be recovered. You would need to: a. Re-create the columns b. Re-fetch the data from the providersIf you've used credits for enrichments that were lost, you can contact support with details to discuss credit recovery options.
