Troubleshooting Inaccurate Headcount Data for Singapore Companies

·
·

Hi, I am trying to find out the headcount of companies in a particular location , in this case "Singapore" . So I use Claygent to come up with a prompt and run enrichment for 10 rows. This is the prompt generated "#CONTEXT# You are tasked with extracting specific data from a LinkedIn page to determine the number of employees working in a specific location. #OBJECTIVE# Extract and display the number of headcount in the company associated with LinkedIn URL currently listed as working in Singapore. #INSTRUCTIONS# 1. Access the LinkedIn page using the provided LinkedIn URL . 2. Navigate to the section that lists employee details or company insights. 3. Filter or search for employees based in Singapore. 4. Count the number of employees listed in Singapore and extract this data. 5. Return the count as a numerical value. #EXAMPLES# Example input: LinkedIn URL of a company page. Expected output: Number of employees in Singapore, e.g., 150." However the returned results is way off the mark . What did I miss out or do wrongly ?

We're aware of some challenges with company headcount data accuracy. To improve results for Singapore companies, try these approaches: 1. Use our "Find Employee Headcount by Criteria" action, which leverages multiple data sources for better accuracy. 2. Try the "Find Company Headcount Growth" action, which uses data from company social profiles. 3. Consider using our "write to table" feature with web scraping for more precise data on Singapore companies. 4. Adjust your search criteria by increasing the minimum likelihood score and double-checking company identifiers and filters. 5. For immediate results, you can manually remove incorrect data or switch to LinkedIn enrichment. If you need further assistance, please ask to talk to a person for personalized help with your specific use case.

Hey, This is a tricky one—Claygent isn’t able to access company pages directly because they’re behind a login wall, so it can’t pull location-specific headcount from there. Instead, I’d recommend using Headcount by Title steps. These give a more reliable signal and can help you filter by roles or trends, even if not location-specific. Let me know if you want help setting that up!
