Creating a Sequential Numbered Column in Clay - Easy and Efficient

What's the easiest way to make a numbered column going sequentially 1 through the end of the list? (I.E. Row one would have 1, row 2 would have 2, etc.) I know it can easily be done in excel by just dragging the cells down, but is there a easy way to do so in clay?

So there is no simple way to do that with Clay, any method of doing so would be complex since it would require a formula and formulas cannot read up and down a column. There is a workaround that you can use let me make a video explaining it.
