Hi team, I sent a client my Clay referral link through which he signed up. However, none of us have received the 3k Credits. I’ve also submitted a form I found in this channel last week: https://clayhq.typeform.com/to/pV2u1kxs, but haven’t heard back yet. Could you look into this? Thanks!
To help resolve this referral credits issue, let's verify a few key requirements: 1. Check if your client has activated a paid workspace after signing up. The 3,000 credits are only awarded when the referred user subscribes to a paying workspace. 2. You can verify the status of your referrals by: • Clicking your profile picture in the top-right corner • Selecting "Settings" • Going to the "Referrals" section • Checking your referral activity and credits earnedPlease note that if your client didn't use the referral link during their initial sign-up process, the referral credits cannot be granted retroactively.Regarding the form you submitted, please ask for a human agent to check its status, as I don't have access to individual submission information. The client has purchased a starter plan for 349$ but I can’t see the lead/conversion and we both haven’t received the referral credits

Do these credits need to be spent in the current billing period? Never saw this info and on my account it says they will expire by Feb 19… Thanks!
Absolutely, our team is looking into this. The rollover period mentioned does occur on February 19th and this relates to the plan your Clay workspace is currently on. In this case, you're on a free account meaning you get 100 credits given to you each month. Our rollover policy allows you to keep up to 2x your monthly credit balance (which in this case is 100 credits). By default, all credits above this 2x limit will expire when it comes time to rollover. This is in an attempt to prevent credit abuse where individuals allow their balance to accumulate and then sell or profit off of their account which is a breach in our TOS. However, we're happy to provide a one-time rollover extension. In two weeks if you see yourself not spending these credits and need a bit more time to explore the product, feel free to reach out to us and we can provide a one time rollover. Let me know if you have any other questions here, we're working on getting everything attributed on our backend. :) More info on our rollover policy here
