Delay in Monthly Credit Renewal Affects Project Kickoff

Hi, I'd like to point out an issue with monthly credit renewal. We planned to kick off a project today using Clay, as credit renewal was due today - Oct 28th. But had to postpone to tomorrow, as credits still haven't renewed (they are due to renew only at 3pm our time zone).

    Hello Ülari! Credits renew at the same time that the original subscription was started (/whenever the last billing cycle was reset). Not sure where in the world you are but if 3pm already passed, have the credits been added to your workspace?
