Clarification on Upgrading Pro Plan Costs: $200 or $1000?

Hi team - I have a quick question if anyone can please help: I am on pro plan at the moment that costs $800 per month. I have already been charged for this month. I want to upgrade it to pro plan of $1000 per month. If I upgrade, will it cost me $200 or $1000?

You'll be charged the full $1,000 for the upgraded Pro plan. When you upgrade, we don't prorate the billing - instead, you get the full credit allotment from the new plan (70,000 credits) plus you keep your existing credits (1.3k credits). Your billing cycle resets immediately when you upgrade, giving you a fresh month to use all your credits.

No, there's no prorated billing option currently available. However, you can purchase credit top-ups instead of upgrading your entire plan. These credit top-ups are added instantly to your balance without changing your plan or billing cycle. Keep in mind that credit top-ups cost 50% more than your plan's typical cost per credit.

No, there's no prorated billing option available. We currently bill the full amount when upgrading plans.
However, you could purchase credit top-ups instead of upgrading. These cost 50% more per credit than your current plan rate, but you'd only pay for the exact credits you need without changing your billing cycle. Top-ups are added instantly to your balance.
The team is looking into prorated billing options for the future, but it's not available yet.
