Optimizing Clay Workflows for Scalability and Efficiency
Hi everyone 👋 Quick question about how you organize your Clay workflows to stay efficient and clean as things scale. In my case, I have a standard automation setup with fixed enrichments and AI-driven personalization that I reuse for all clients. The only variable part is the sources, which change based on different ICP searches depending on each campaign. Right now I’m debating between:
Keeping one master Clay table/workflow and just swapping sources, or
Duplicating full workflows per client/use/ICP/Source case for better isolation.
For those of you running Clay at scale:
How do you structure your workflows?
Do you separate by client, by ICP, or by use case?
Any best practices to avoid chaos as the number of sources grows?
Would really appreciate any real-world setups or lessons learned. Thanks! 🙏
