Seeking Help: Clay Experts for Company Data Extraction

Cross posting here in case the community can help me out. Looks like Clay team is out for a few days... ------- Hello! I need some Clay expert help. Here's what I'm looking to do:

  • input: list of companies

  • output: list of people (1) in specific functions and (2) located in the US who have left those companies in the past 2 years

Is there a direct way to do this—i.e., without having to burn credits on pulling both employees that have and have not left?

Clay allows you to build lists of people by function and location (such as the US) from a list of companies using the Find People feature, and this list-building step itself does not use credits—you only pay credits for data enrichment actions like retrieving contact info or additional details. However, directly filtering for people who have left those companies in the past 2 years is not a built-in, credit-free filter. You can use formulas or workflows to identify people who have changed jobs recently (for example, by comparing current and past company data), but this typically requires some enrichment or data lookup, which may use credits. In summary: ** You can build a list of people by function and US location from your company list without using credits. ** To specifically identify those who have left in the past 2 years, you’ll likely need to use enrichment features, which do require credits. * If you need further help with advanced filtering or workflow setup, you can request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.
