The company LinkedIn URL should carry over from the company lookup table to the people table. This happens through a lookup column that automatically refreshes when changes are made to the company table. If you're not seeing this, you may need to rerun the lookup column in your people table. To refresh the data: 1. Find the lookup column in your people table linked to the company table. 2. Rerun this column to pull in the updated company data, including the LinkedIn URL. If you're still having issues after trying this, you might need to check your table setup or request human assistance for more specific troubleshooting.

Hey there John sorry for the delay here, do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?

No need. I used a formula that pulled from the previous table. Just not sure what im doing wrong. Ran into the same issue on another table but that time the formula could not see the linkedin URL column from the company lookup table. Quite frustrating 🙂

Hey, This usually happens when the lookup step hasn’t been re-run after the data was updated. Lookups aren’t dynamic like formulas — if the source data changes, you’ll need to manually re-run the lookup step to pull in the latest values. Let me know if you want help checking how to do that.

To run the column, just click the column header, then select Run Column—I usually recommend using Force Run for reliability. If you want to run specific rows, hold Shift, click the top row, then the bottom row to select a range, right-click, and choose Run Rows—just like you would for any other column.

Thanks Bo. To clarify, this company lookup table has the company linked in URl in the table. Then when I do a people lookup based on that table, the company linked in URL doesnt carry over. If I understand you correctly, I need to run the column from the company tables again?

Hey, Yes — you’ve got it right. If the LinkedIn URL is coming from the company lookup, you’ll need to re-run that column (the lookup column) to refresh the data. Lookup don't update by themselves and adding data in the previous table wouldn't refresh the lookup
