Hey guys, I need some help. I tried to enrich leads cause I wanted to find out available phone numbers (only business related, not private ones). I didn't knew which specific functions I need to include in my API Key. Now I received some numbers, but additionally with this note. Do I have to be worried that those numbers aren't correct cause the value couldn't be converted?
You can verify your phone numbers in two ways:1. Use the "Check Phone Line Type & Status" action to verify if the phone number is active and determine whether it's a mobile or landline number. You can also specify if you want to see only mobile phone results. 2. Use the "Normalize Phone Number" action to format and standardize your phone numbers. This will ensure they're properly formatted in e164, international, and national formats. You can specify a country code, or it will default to "US" if none is provided. Both of these actions can be set to auto-update for new rows in your table, helping maintain data accuracy automatically. Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
Can you tell me which functions I need additionally to 'api/v1/organizations/enrich '?
Cause I don't know if it's enough to start this workflow?
Hey there! Let me help you out with those Apollo phone numbers ๐ฑ First, for that conversion error you're seeing - no worries it won't break anything but we can fix this two ways: 1. Quick fix: Just change your column type from number to text - Click the column header - Switch from "number" to "text" 2. Better fix: Use our "Normalize phone number" enrichment - This will give you clean, standardized numbers - You can filter to just get business numbers For your Apollo API key, you'll need more than just the organizations/enrich endpoint. You'll need to give ALL the permission Here's the link to get all the right permissions set up: https://knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/4415734629773-Configure-Access-to-the-Apollo-REST-API Make sure to check all available endpoints in step 6 of that guide! Let me know if you hit any snags while setting this up! ๐
Good morning. Unfortunately, I didn't succeed. You said I need to add all permissions, but in this article you've send me, there were only two permissions listed, api/v1/organizations/enrich and api/v1/organizations/bulk_enrich. And now, I've tried it again and nothing happened. The cells didn't even run.
Could you give me a hint?
I've added two screenshots

Hey there - If you're looking for alternative phone number enrichments to Apollo, Clay offers several options. For better coverage on contact data, including corporate phone numbers, you can use Clay's Phone waterfall enrichments. This feature allows you to search sequentially across multiple data providers for more comprehensive results. You can learn more about how to use Clay waterfalls with this Clay University lesson: Enrich People with Waterfalls - Clay 101. Additionally, for company enrichment, you can use Datagma or Ocean.io, which are accessible through the Enrichment panel in Clay. There's also a premade Claygent template called "Find Business phone number" that requires just the company domain to return the phone number. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know! ๐ Have a great Tuesday, Daniel
