Issues with Auto-Dedupe Rows Feature Not Updating in Table D

I'm noticing that the Auto-dedupe rows feature is not working. I am getting new job listing and company domain via a webhook in Table A -> I then dedupe company domain in Table B (Addmitly I could move this depude back to Table A). Then in Table C I find people which can be 1+n peoples for the every company then I write to Table D and do a lookup from Table D to C in order to get all the people into a list cell in Table D for every company. I have put a auto depude on Table D so I have a table of companies and all the people are in a list cell. But the depude in Table D does not update as new data comes in. This is very frustrating as everything else works as needed. If you are wondering why Table D is the way it is this is because I want to use each people list and use AI to score them using the /records property. Basically I go through all the people list as /records and do some custom scoring based on the seniority of the persons role. Ultimately, everything works just fine. Apart from that, the table D is not updating; it's by removing duplications automatically
