Fixing Clay Account Workspace Issues: Join Existing Workspace

Hi Everyone! I've just set up a Clay account and it should have suggested joining the workspace that my colleagues set up already, but it suggested creating a new workspace. How can I fix this? My email is: dbelenki@frontier.ventures Thanks in advance!
