I'm encountering an issue with the Clay and Instantly integration. When adding leads to a campaign, only the email ID is being updated in Instantly, while the first name, last name, and company name are not syncing. Could you please look into this and let me know how I can resolve it?
To resolve the syncing issue, you'll need to properly configure the enrichment settings in your Clay workspace. Here's how: 1. In your Clay workspace, add an Instantly enrichment to your table 2. When configuring the enrichment settings: • Select your campaign • Make sure to explicitly add all the fields you want to sync: email address, first name, last name, and company name If you're still experiencing issues: * Perform a hard refresh of your browser: • For Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) • For PC: Press Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Edge) Note: If the leads already exist in Instantly, the system will attempt to add them as new leads rather than update existing ones. You can verify the updates by checking your Instantly account directly.
