Best Practices and AI Tools for Reply Management Automation

Does anyone have best practices for reply management? Currently it is very manual but are there AI tools to automate? Every reply requires between 1-3 custom emails currently to get a booking.

Hey there Odera thanks for reaching out, this is a very interesting question. However this would be suited for the community general channel. However I have seen some user who use make use of Email Management tools such as Mailchimp and I believe Salesforce has a tool for this as well.
