Troubleshooting Clay to Google Sheets Integration Errors

I can't seem to make my clay to google sheets integration work, I think it has something to do with the lookup I am doing a basic data push to a sheet that has just about all the columns from clay going into simple rows so that a BDR can fill in their notes as they go through the contacts. But I keep getting an error and I think it has to do with the Lookup flields I'm selecting. The information icon doesn't show any really useful data to guide me here.
