i upgrade my plan to 50k credits per month, but I think i was short changed on about 10k credits - can someone look into this for me?
When you upgrade your plan, two things happen: 1. Your billing cycle resets immediately 2. The new credit allotment (50k credits) is added on top of your current credit balanceIf you're not seeing the expected credits, please note that it may take 1-2 hours after the upgrade for the credits to appear in your account due to transaction processing times.You can check your current credit balance in Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing. If after 2 hours you still don't see the correct credit amount, please ask for a human agent to help investigate this further. So in short everything looks accurate ? Just want to double check sometimes the software has made errors in the past
