Just purchased 600,000 credits and enriched 50k records. I had 668k credits in the account before the run. My credit analytics say I only spent 295,331 credits on the run, but I'm down to only 49k credits left. Where did the rest of the credits go? Can someone please advise? This is for a client account. There could be a few reasons for the discrepancy in your credit balance: 1. Credit usage may not be immediately reflected in the analytics. Check the credit usage dashboard for a detailed breakdown of your credit consumption by table, integration, and time period. 2. Credits might have been used for other enrichments or tables that you're not currently viewing. Remember, you're only charged for rows you enrich, but this includes all tables in your workspace. 3. If you recently changed plans, your credit balance might have been adjusted based on the new plan's limits. Hey Jacob - which workspace are you talking about here? For that link you just sent (280334) I'm seeing 434k credits on their account. Are you still seeing 49k credits?
I think this may have been an error we've seen when switching between workspaces. There's sometimes a lag and a refresh should do the trick. Let us know if you have any other issues!
