Urgent: Account Balance of $4700 at Risk of Expiry Today

At the beginning of today we had a 4700 balance. Our account re-upd today. And now its saying we are going to lose the 4700 if we dont use by end of today.

Credits from the previous month are not at risk of expiring if they are within the rollover period.
