The "Lookup Record in Salesforce" action is not working properly. Companies that are in our Salesforce and have identical URLs are showing up as "No records found"
The Lookup Record action might not be finding matches because it uses a "contains" search by default, not exact matching. [1]
Try enabling Exact Match in your lookup settings to search for precise URL matches instead of partial matches. Also make sure you're searching the correct field - URLs might be stored in Website, Domain, or a custom field. [2]
If you're still getting "No records found," click into the specific error cell to see more details about what's happening.
