having issues looking up lead status in a smartlead campaign
i've confirmed on smartlead that the campaign is in fact active
i've confirmed that the email fields are correct and that the correct campaign is chosen
but all i'm getting is ❌ Lead Not Active in Campaign Yet
anyone else?

Hey, Sorry about the trouble. Could you share an example lead that should be showing as active? A quick video of the Smartlead side—with the URL bar visible—would be super helpful so we can see both the campaign ID and the lead ID. Let me know if you have more questions.

I have looked up the lead and Clay returns the leads from the campaign, but when I go to lookup status, it just says 'Lead not active in Campaign yet' for all 455 leads, despite knowing 188 leads have already been contacted
