Improving Role Count Accuracy for Engineering Data in Clay

Curious if anyone has had any luck increasing the accuracy of role count data? By this I mean, if I want to pull into an account how many engineers they have, unfortunately, the data Clay is able to provide is markedly off the right number because of private profiles etc. An example of this is Airbnb - they have 2.5k engineers, but when I use the role count enrichment Clay returns 1.7k. Any known workarounds or improvements for this?
