Filtering ICP List by Recent Hires in Clay: A Step-by-Step Guide

I just scraped an ICP list from Apollo. In clay, I want to filter people by when they have been hired for a new role (under 3 months), how to do this?

You can filter people by recent hires in Clay using two methods: 1. Using the Find People Search tool: • Go to the Experience section in the search filters • Set the "Time in current role" filter to 3 months 2. Using the New Hires signal feature: • Click "Actions" and select "Monitor for new hires" • Choose your target companies • Set your job title filters • Run the enrichment to get a list of people hired within the last 3 monthsThe system will then show you profiles matching these criteria, allowing you to track new hires at your target companies.
