I just scraped an ICP list from Apollo. In clay, I want to filter people by when they have been hired for a new role (under 3 months), how to do this?

You can filter people by recent hires in Clay using two methods: 1. Using the Find People Search tool: • Go to the Experience section in the search filters • Set the "Time in current role" filter to 3 months 2. Using the New Hires signal feature: • Click "Actions" and select "Monitor for new hires" • Choose your target companies • Set your job title filters • Run the enrichment to get a list of people hired within the last 3 monthsThe system will then show you profiles matching these criteria, allowing you to track new hires at your target companies. You can access the Find People Search tool in Clay in two ways: 1. From your workspace: • Click "Create new" • Select "Table" • Choose "Find people" 2.
