First, try using the "Normalize Company Names" tool in Clay: • Go to the enrichment panel's "Tools" section • Select "Normalize Company Names" • Apply it to your company name columns • This will remove suffixes like "Inc." and standardize the formatting 2. When setting up the Lookup Row action: • Make sure you've selected the correct Sheet ID • Verify that the Lookup Column name exactly matches your Google Sheet's column header • Confirm that the Lookup Value from your Clay table matches the format in your Google SheetIf the issue persists after normalizing the company names and verifying the setup, you may want to manually check a few examples to identify any remaining formatting differences between the two sources. Hey there Justine taking a look at this just want to confirm that the table on the right is the one you are trying to search.
