Clay S. We updated our email addresses over the weekend to a new domain and now we are unable to log in. How can we quickly resolve access?
To update your email address after changing domains, you'll need to provide: 1. Your current email address on the account 2. The new email address you'd like to use Important: If you've already created another account with the new email address, that account will need to be deleted first. For your co-workers' email addresses, you can remove their old emails and re-invite them under Team Settings in your Clay account. If you need help with this process, click "Talk to a person" to request human assistance.

Got it — if you’re able to get confirmation from one of those admins here, we can go ahead and update the email. Just let me know which email you’d like us to change. Once that’s done, I’d recommend updating the admin to your new address, adding any new team emails, and removing the old ones. This won’t affect anything operational — only the attribution history on past changes. Let me know if you have more questions.
