Need help with this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/10626/tables/t_fsfRrykV9oh7/views/gv_7sJpyHNiHaWm Claygent isnt running, not sure what the issue is
I understand you're having trouble with Claygent not running for your table. Let's troubleshoot this issue step by step. First, make sure you've set up Claygent correctly in your enrichment panel: 1. Navigate to the enrichment panel in your Clay workspace. 2. Look for the Tools section and find Claygent under AI options. 3. Select a preset template or create a custom prompt for your task. 4. Ensure you've properly configured the inputs and outputs for Claygent. If Claygent is set up correctly but still not running, try these run options: 1. Right-click the Claygent column and click "Play". 2. Select "Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors". Alternatively, you can force run all rows: 1. Right-click the Claygent column. 2. Hover over "Run Column" > "Force Run All Rows". Could you please provide more details about what happens when you try to run Claygent? For example, do you see any error messages or unexpected behavior?
While I don't have full information about your specific issue, here are some general steps to troubleshoot Claygent not running: 1. Ensure you've set up Claygent correctly: • Click "Add enrichment" in the top right corner of your table • Select "AI" from the sidebar, then click "Use AI" 2. Check for processing delays: • Ensure your search queries are specific and well-defined • Break large data requests into smaller batches • Monitor your usage limits and API quotas 3. Try running options: • Run the first 10 columns as a test • Run all rows that haven't run or have errors • Force run all rows If the issue persists, please provide more details about the error you're seeing. If you need further assistance, click on "Talk to a person" for human support.
Hi Justin, I've created a duplicate of your column and identified the issue. The problem was that there was a mention of going on the web without actually referencing the correct value - it wasn't possible for the AI model to go on the web with the use case you selected. Feel free to delete the previous column and use the new one I've added.
