HubSpot Lookup Enrichment: Issues with Lifecycle Stage Labels

Hey Clay team, I ran into an issue with HubSpot lookup enrichment and could use some advice. We’ve noticed that certain lifecycle stages (like “free trial” and “customer”) are showing up as numbers instead of proper labels during enrichment. For example, one number was tied to 61 leads, but those leads actually have different lifecycle stages, such as “web visitor” and “churned.” The problem is that when we update or remove leads in Smartlead using that number, it unintentionally affects all the associated lifecycle stages. For instance, removing the number ends up removing "web visitors," which we want to avoid. This seems to apply across multiple lifecycle stages, not just “free trial” and “customer.” Is there a way to ensure that HubSpot enrichment pulls in distinct lifecycle stages instead of bundling them under a number? Has anyone dealt with this before? Here's the clay table.. Thanks for the help!

    When using HubSpot enrichment in Clay, you can better manage lifecycle stages by:1. Using the "Lookup Object" action and specifically mapping the lifecycle stage property in your enrichment setup. 2. Enable the "Remove Blank Values" toggle when setting up your enrichment. This will help prevent overwriting existing data and maintain the integrity of your lifecycle stages. 3. When configuring the object fields, make sure to map the lifecycle stage property directly from your HubSpot data to ensure proper data formatting.For more precise control over your HubSpot data synchronization, you can use the enhanced filtering with AND/OR operators to better define which records should be updated.If you continue experiencing issues with the lifecycle stage values, you may need to request human support to investigate the specific data mapping in your setup.
