In the find jobs or find people option we have exclude table option but it’s only limited to one table is there a way to add more tables in the exclusion list
Currently, our Find People feature only allows you to select one Clay Table for exclusions. The exclusion option is designed to help you exclude specific groups, such as current and former employees, when searching for recruiting leads. To work around this limitation, you could create a new table that combines the data from multiple tables you want to exclude. This way, you can use a single table for exclusion while effectively excluding people from multiple sources. Is there a specific reason you need to exclude multiple tables? Understanding your use case might help us suggest alternative approaches.
I am targeting hiring managers for the job campaigns I don’t want to reach out the same people and for the same jobs
Currently, the Find People feature only allows you to select one Clay Table for exclusions. This is designed primarily for excluding specific groups like current employees when searching for recruiting leads. As a workaround, you could: 1. Create a combined table that includes all the hiring managers and jobs you've already contacted 2. Use this single consolidated table as your exclusion table Another approach is to be more specific with your search criteria. When using "Find people at these companies," you can adjust parameters like job titles, locations, and other filters to narrow your results and avoid overlap with previous campaigns. If you need more advanced exclusion capabilities, you might want to request human assistance for additional strategies specific to your workflow.
Hi, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, you can't exclude multiple lists directly from a people search. However, you can create a single table with all the people you want to exclude and use that table to filter out the individuals you're not interested in. Here’s how you can do this: First, create a new blank people table. Then, use the 'Write to Table' enrichment (shown below) to import records from your other existing people tables.
This will fill the new table with all the individuals from the other table. By repeating this process for each table you want to import people from, you'll then be able to use the newly created table to exclude those individuals from a later people search. Let me know if this helps!
