Need Help: API Issue Switching to Credits for GPT-4 Mini Prompts

Hi support team, I’ve run into a bit of an issue, and I could really use your help. My system was running perfectly fine on our own API, but for some reason, it switched to using credits all of a sudden. I’ve never used GPT 4 mini prompts with credits cause we have our api, so I’m not sure what happened here. This is for a client, so I’d appreciate it if you could help me get this sorted out quickly. context, sometimes its suddenly getting credits even if its our API.
