Fix Needed: Lead Enrichment Table Not Updating Since March 5

Hey guys. Our lead enrichment table has not been updated since 5 March. It usually updates once a day. When I try to manually update the table, it shows that it's pulling contacts and the loading icon keeps running. The table source (hubspot contact list) has no issue found. Can someone please look into this? We can't assign any inbound leads to our BDRs because of this issue. Thanks!

    Larissa L. this sounds pretty frustrating. We usually integrate with webhooks for more control/stability over the native enrichment. Not sure if that's helpful or not though because it sounds like the native enrichment's been getting the job done for y'all until now

    Hey Jacob T.. I'm not familiar with webhooks, but yes it's been working fine since yesterday. How do we get the table to work and auto update again?

    I am also experiencing this exact same issue on a completely new clay table created by the hubspot import flow. It is no longer pulling updated data from hubspot after the initial import when I click "Update" Table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/516995/workbooks/wb_cNuRuYsHfuXY/tables/t_zWkAUbXpncJC/views/gv_aJ8BdRRaKcrC

    Jacob T. Any update here? We are on the pro plan but basically cannot use Clay if we cannot pull in data from HubSpot.
