Hi I am getting this Error message when i try to preview companies: "Unknown error. Please reach out to Clay support (Error code 1: ID at_XrZbmUxkkxDN Status ERROR)"
To resolve this error message, try these steps: 1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the view. 2. If the error persists, try logging out of Clay and logging back in to refresh your session token. If you continue experiencing issues after trying these solutions, please ask for a human agent to assist you further.
