Hi! I need to run the job change enrichment for a list of records that are above 5000. Clay has a limitation of 1000 records per row. Is there a way to get around this limitation?
For job change monitoring, there is currently a limit of 1,000 people per table, but you can monitor up to 3 different tables (3,000 total contacts) during the beta period. To make the most efficient use of this limitation, here are two recommended approaches:1. Test with a small sample first (about 10 rows) to ensure everything is set up correctly before running larger batches. 2. Use conditional runs to prioritize which records to monitor. This allows you to focus on the most relevant contacts by setting specific criteria for when the enrichment should run. Hi, I have a workbook in which I want to monitor 3000 contacts. I split them between 3 seperate tables (while still working in the same workbook). With some Write to Table setup it doesn't really matter that they are in separate tables. But I do run into an error when running the second batch of 999 contacts. The first batch of 999 contacts went smooth, but now when I setup the Job Change Monitor I get this message saying I have reached the limit. Does this mean I can only monitor 1000 contacts instead of 3000? I also tried moving the 2d batch to a different workbook (i.e. a completely new table instead of the same workbook), but that didn't change the error. This is the link to the workbook: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/310780/workbooks/wb_amUdpJbkm3Dw/tables/t_eC6umhVxGPKq/views/gv_ZTucMN5qdYHV Please help me out, I am doing this for a client that is on your Pro plan.

Hey, thanks for reaching out! The job change monitoring limit is 1000 contacts per workspace, not per table. Since you've already monitored 999 contacts, you've hit this limit. Each signal type (including job changes) has its own 1000 contact limit, with a total maximum of 3000 contacts across all signals. To monitor more than 1000 contacts for job changes specifically, you'll need an Enterprise plan sorry for that!
Wow, okay that is not what I got from your message last time. Is there anything on the roadmap about expanding these limits for the Pro plan? I built a monitor for one of my clients (on the Pro plan) and we went from 9000, so 3000, to 1000 contacts to monitor π
I would recommend reaching out to our Growth Account Strategist, Dorothy Huynh. She's typically in charge of those kinds of requests for upgrading their plan with new features. Her email is dorothy.huynh@clay.com. I've also tagged her in this thread so she'll be able to reply when she's back from her vacation.
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
