Hi everyone, I am trying to use Claygent to enrich a data set with email addresses, but struggling to get good results. I fear I am not executing the enrichment on my project appropriately -- does anyone here have good experience using Claygent for email enrichment that may be able to help me troubleshoot my issue? It would be so greatly appreciated as my project deadlines are so close!! Thank you

Configure your waterfall with multiple email providers in optimized order 3. Input required data: Company Domain (primary), Personal Social Profile URLs, or fallback combinations like Full Name + Company Name 4. Always test first: Run on 10 rows before scaling to review results Troubleshooting tips: ** Clay refunds credits if providers don't find emails and moves to the next provider ** Unhide validation columns in the Columns Panel to inspect detailed validation steps * Configure catch-all email handling based on your deliverability needs The waterfall stops when a valid email is found, maximizing your success rate while minimizing credit usage.

To troubleshoot: • Unhide validation columns - Open the Columns Panel and unhide validation columns to see why emails aren't passing validation • Check validation settings - The waterfall continues running even after finding emails if they fail validation (usually ZeroBounce) • Review catch-all handling - Ensure your catch-all email settings align with your deliverability needs Only emails that pass validation appear in the final master column - this ensures data quality.
