Troubleshooting error while using Claygent: Issue with Claygent or OpenAI account? Workarounds available?

Trying to use Claygent on ~5000 leads. It got through like 1500 of them before I started getting this error. Is this an issue with Claygent or with my OpenAI account? Are there any work arounds for this?

This is on the OpenAI side with the API. It has to do with the model you’re using (3.5 or 4). Looks like you’ve hit the cap for what tiered plan you’re on with ’em.

For 5000 leads, I’d say I wouldn’t recommend using GPT-4 unless you’re using it to do some deeper processing that’s worth the $.

Thanks for reaching out, Daniel! Yep, as Brandon mentioned, it's mainly an API issue where either the rate or usage limit was reached, or even the credit limit you set could also be part of it.
