Builtwith Enrichment Credit Charges Explained: No Data Policy?

I know Clay charges two credits for Builtwith enrichment per row. But do they still charge 2 credits even if no data is returned for that row?

If a provider charges us for an API call, we will also charge Clay credits for that call. However, if a provider refunds us due to the inability to deliver valid data, we will correspondingly refund those credits back to you.
For BuiltWith specifically, the Clay-managed BuiltWith account charges 2 credits for each enrichment. Whether you receive a refund depends on BuiltWith's refund policy for invalid data returns.
